Article L2622-1 of the French Labour Code

In addition to the clauses made mandatory by article L. 2261-22, collective agreements concluded in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion, Saint-Barthélemy or Saint-Martin must contain, in order to be extended, provisions concerning the vocational training certificate issued in adapted military service units.

Outre les clauses rendues obligatoires par l’article L. 2261-22, les conventions collectives conclues au niveau de la Guadeloupe, de la Guyane, de la Martinique, de Mayotte, de La Réunion, à Saint-Barthélemy ou à Saint-Martin contiennent obligatoirement, pour pouvoir être étendues, des dispositions concernant l’attestation de formation professionnelle délivrée dans les unités du service militaire adapté.
