The creditor shall reassess the borrower’s creditworthiness, on the basis of updated information, before a significant increase in the total amount of credit is granted after the conclusion of the credit agreement, unless such additional credit was provided for and included in the initial assessment of creditworthiness.

Le prêteur réévalue la solvabilité de l’emprunteur, sur la base d’informations mises à jour, avant qu’une augmentation significative du montant total du crédit ne soit accordée après la conclusion du contrat de crédit, à moins que ce crédit supplémentaire n’ait été prévu et intégré dans l’évaluation initiale de la solvabilité.
