Any employee deprived of Sunday rest shall receive remuneration at least equal to double the remuneration normally due for an equivalent period, as well as equivalent compensatory rest in time.
The order issued in application of article L. 3132-26 determines the conditions under which this rest is granted, either collectively or by rotation in the fortnight preceding or following the withdrawal of the rest period.
If Sunday rest is cancelled on a Sunday preceding a public holiday, compensatory rest is given on the day of the holiday.
