The administrative authority may oppose the opening or order the temporary or permanent closure of an establishment which does not provide the guarantees set out in articles L. 322-1 and L. 322-2 and does not meet the insurance obligations set out in article L. 321-7.
The administrative authority may also order the temporary or permanent closure of an establishment employing a person who teaches, leads or supervises one or more of the physical or sporting activities mentioned in article L. 212-1 without having the required qualifications.
The administrative authority may also order the temporary or permanent closure of an establishment where its continued operation would present risks to the health and physical or moral safety of the participants or would expose them to the use of substances or processes prohibited by article L. 232-9.
