Article L3232-2 of the French Labour Code

Each year, as an annex to the Finance Bill, the government shall submit a report on the application of this chapter, indicating in particular:

1° The number of employees benefiting from the supplementary allowance established by article L. 3232-5 ;

2° The cost of paying the allowance provided for in 1° for the previous year;

3° The number of beneficiaries of public total unemployment benefits and public partial activity benefits as well as the measures taken in application of article L. 3232-9.

Article L3232-2

Le gouvernement présente chaque année, en annexe au projet de loi de finances, un rapport sur l’application du présent chapitre indiquant notamment :

1° Le nombre de salariés bénéficiaires de l’allocation complémentaire établie par l’article L. 3232-5 ;

2° Le coût du versement de l’allocation prévue au 1° pour l’année écoulée ;

3° Le nombre de bénéficiaires des allocations publiques de chômage total et des allocations publiques d’activité partielle ainsi que les mesures prises en application de l’article L. 3232-9.
