Article L3232-9 of the French Labour Code

Decrees in the Conseil d’Etat will determine the terms and conditions for the application of this chapter, in particular:

1° The conditions, procedures and deadlines for reimbursement by the State of its share of the supplementary allowance ;

2° Where necessary, the special arrangements applicable to employees in agriculture, construction and public works, professional seamen, professional dockers, employees working from home, intermittent employees, disabled workers and seasonal employees during the normal period of their activity. These decrees may provide for minimum pay to be calculated over a period other than a month.

Article L3232-9

Des décrets en Conseil d’Etat déterminent les modalités d’application du présent chapitre, notamment :

1° Les conditions, les modalités et les délais de remboursement par l’Etat de la part lui incombant dans l’allocation complémentaire ;

2° En tant que de besoin, les modalités particulières applicables aux salariés de l’agriculture, aux salariés du bâtiment et des travaux publics, aux marins professionnels, aux dockers professionnels, aux salariés travaillant à domicile, aux salariés intermittents, aux travailleurs handicapés, ainsi qu’aux salariés saisonniers pendant la période normale de leur activité. Ces décrets peuvent prévoir le calcul de la rémunération minimale sur une période autre que mensuelle.
