Article L3253-4 of the French Labour Code

Notwithstanding the existence of any preferential claim, holiday pay is paid up to a ceiling identical to that established for a period of thirty days’ remuneration by Article L. 3253-1.

Les indemnités de congés payés sont, nonobstant l’existence de toute créance privilégiée, payées jusqu’à concurrence d’un plafond identique à celui établi pour une période de trente jours de rémunération par l’article L. 3253-1.
