Any licence holder who takes part in an event without the authorisation of the federation of which he is a member is liable to disciplinary action as provided for in the rules of that federation.

Tout licencié qui participe à une manifestation n’ayant pas reçu l’autorisation de la fédération dont il est membre s’expose aux sanctions disciplinaires prévues par le règlement de cette fédération.
