Article L3334-1 of the French Public Health Code

By way of derogation from the provisions of articles L. 3332-2 and L. 3332-3, the opening, by persons or companies of French or foreign nationality, of drinks outlets of any kind for consumption on the premises is authorised within the precincts of exhibitions or fairs organised by the State, public authorities or associations recognised as public utility establishments for the duration of the events.

Each opening is subject to the assent of the general commissioner of the exhibition or fair or any person having the same capacity. The opinion is appended to the declaration made to the town hall or the police prefecture in Paris, and to the indirect taxation office.

Article L3334-1

Par dérogation aux dispositions des articles L. 3332-2 et L. 3332-3, l’ouverture, par des personnes ou sociétés de nationalité française ou étrangère, de débits de boissons de toute nature à consommer sur place est autorisée dans l’enceinte des expositions ou des foires organisées par l’Etat, les collectivités publiques ou les associations reconnues comme établissements d’utilité publique pendant la durée des manifestations.

Chaque ouverture est subordonnée à l’avis conforme du commissaire général de l’exposition ou de la foire ou de toute personne ayant même qualité. L’avis est annexé à la déclaration souscrite à la mairie ou à la préfecture de police à Paris, et à la recette buraliste des contributions indirectes.
