Reports of offences under article L. 3336-4 and this chapter shall be forwarded to the Public Prosecutor within three days, including the day on which the offence is recorded.

Les procès-verbaux constatant les infractions prévues à l’article L. 3336-4 et au présent chapitre sont transmis au procureur de la République dans les trois jours au plus tard, y compris celui où a été reconnu le fait sur lequel ils sont dressés.
