Article L341-1 of the French Commercial code

All contracts concluded between, on the one hand, a natural person or a legal entity governed by private law that groups together traders, other than those mentioned in Chapters V and VI of Title II of Book I of this Code, or providing the services mentioned in the first paragraph of Article L. 330-3 and, on the other hand, any person operating a retail shop on his own behalf or on behalf of a third party, the common purpose of which is the operation of this shop and which contains clauses likely to limit the freedom of this operator to carry out his commercial activity, provide for a common deadline.

The termination of one of these contracts is equivalent to the termination of all the contracts mentioned in the first paragraph of this article.

This article shall not apply to a lease agreement the term of which is governed by article L. 145-4, contracts of association and civil, commercial or cooperative partnership contracts.

Article L341-1

L’ensemble des contrats conclus entre, d’une part, une personne physique ou une personne morale de droit privé regroupant des commerçants, autre que celles mentionnées aux chapitres V et VI du titre II du livre Ier du présent code, ou mettant à disposition les services mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 330-3 et, d’autre part, toute personne exploitant, pour son compte ou pour le compte d’un tiers, un magasin de commerce de détail, ayant pour but commun l’exploitation de ce magasin et comportant des clauses susceptibles de limiter la liberté d’exercice par cet exploitant de son activité commerciale prévoient une échéance commune.

La résiliation d’un de ces contrats vaut résiliation de l’ensemble des contrats mentionnés au premier alinéa du présent article.

Le présent article n’est pas applicable au contrat de bail dont la durée est régie par l’article L. 145-4, au contrat d’association et au contrat de société civile, commerciale ou coopérative.
