If the creditor or credit intermediary fails to comply with the obligation to provide information free of charge pursuant to the provisions of articles L. 313-6, L. 313-7, L. 313-11, L. 313-12, L. 313-46, L. 313-47 is punishable by a fine of 30,000 euros.
