Article L351-4 of the French Consumer Code

For the application in the Wallis and Futuna Islands of article L. 351-3:

1° In 3° of article L. 312-4, the amount: “€200” is replaced by the amount: “24,000 CFP francs” and the amount: “€75,000” is replaced by the amount: “8,950,000 CFP francs”;

2° In 2° and 3° of Article L. 312-7, the words: “in euros” are replaced by the words: “in CFP francs”;

3° In article L. 312-20, the first paragraph reads as follows:

“For the determination of time limits relating to offers of credit:”.

Pour l’application dans les îles Wallis et Futuna de l’article L. 351-3 :

1° Au 3° de l’article L. 312-4, le montant : “ 200 € ” est remplacé par le montant : “ 24 000 francs CFP ” et le montant : “ 75 000 € ” est remplacé par le montant : “ 8 950 000 francs CFP ” ;

2° Aux 2° et 3° de l’article L. 312-7, les mots : “ en euros ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ en francs CFP ” ;

3° A l’article L. 312-20, le premier alinéa est ainsi rédigé :

“ Pour la détermination des délais relatifs aux offres de crédit : ”.
