Article L3632-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Metropolitan Council sets the allowances of its members by deliberation within three months of its first installation.

When the Metropolitan Council is renewed, the deliberation setting the allowances of its members takes place within three months of its installation.

Any deliberation by the metropolitan council relating to the functional allowances of one or more of its members shall be accompanied by an appended table summarising all the allowances allocated to the metropolitan councillors.

Le conseil de la métropole fixe par délibération, dans les trois mois qui suivent sa première installation, les indemnités de ses membres.

Lorsque le conseil de la métropole est renouvelé, la délibération fixant les indemnités de ses membres intervient dans les trois mois suivant son installation.

Toute délibération du conseil de la métropole portant sur les indemnités de fonction d’un ou de plusieurs de ses membres est accompagnée d’un tableau annexe récapitulant l’ensemble des indemnités attribuées aux conseillers métropolitains.
