The metropole of Lyon may send to the municipal councillors of the communes located on its territory a copy of the notice of meeting sent to the metropolitan councillors before each meeting of the council of the metropole of Lyon, accompanied, where applicable, by the report on each of the matters to be submitted to the metropolitan councillors.
The documents referred to in the first paragraph are sent by electronic means by the Lyon Metropolitan Council.
La métropole de Lyon peut envoyer aux conseillers municipaux des communes situées sur son territoire une copie de la convocation adressée aux conseillers métropolitains avant chaque réunion du conseil de la métropole de Lyon, accompagnée, le cas échéant, du rapport sur chacune des affaires devant être soumises aux conseillers métropolitains.
Les envois mentionnés au premier alinéa sont réalisés de manière dématérialisée par la métropole de Lyon.
