Article L4153-2 of the French Labour Code

In the cases provided for in 2° and 3° of Article L. 4153-1, an agreement is concluded between the educational establishment to which the pupil belongs and the company.

No agreement may be entered into with a company for the admission or employment of a pupil in an establishment where the inspection services have established that the working conditions are such as to endanger the safety, health or physical or moral integrity of the persons present there.

Dans les cas prévus aux 2° et 3° de l’article L. 4153-1, une convention est passée entre l’établissement d’enseignement dont relève l’élève et l’entreprise.

Aucune convention ne peut être conclue avec une entreprise pour l’admission ou l’emploi d’un élève dans un établissement lorsque les services de contrôle ont établi que les conditions de travail sont de nature à porter atteinte à la sécurité, à la santé ou à l’intégrité physique ou morale des personnes qui y sont présentes.
