Article L4163-8-1 of the French Labour Code

When the holder of the professional prevention account decides to mobilise all or part of the points registered in the account for the use mentioned in 4° of the I of article L. 4163-7, these points are converted into euros:

1° To top up his personal training account in order to finance the educational costs relating to his professional retraining project;

2° Where applicable, to cover his remuneration during the vocational retraining leave referred to in article L. 4163-8-4.

Article L4163-8-1

Lorsque le titulaire du compte professionnel de prévention décide de mobiliser tout ou partie des points inscrits sur le compte pour l’utilisation mentionnée au 4° du I de l’article L. 4163-7, ces points sont convertis en euros :

1° Pour abonder son compte personnel de formation afin de financer les coûts pédagogiques afférents à son projet de reconversion professionnelle ;

2° Le cas échéant, pour assurer sa rémunération pendant un congé de reconversion professionnelle mentionné à l’article L. 4163-8-4.
