Article L424-2 of the French Sports Code

Where the locally applicable regulations so provide, the investigators and Secretary General of the French Anti-Doping Agency are authorised to intervene in French Polynesia to investigate and establish violations of the anti-doping rules within the framework of the procedures provided for by the locally applicable regulations and under the conditions set out in this section.

Lorsque la réglementation localement applicable le prévoit, les enquêteurs et le secrétaire général de l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage sont autorisés à intervenir en Polynésie française pour la recherche et la constatation des violations des règles de la lutte contre le dopage dans le cadre des procédures prévues par la réglementation localement applicable et dans les conditions prévues à la présente section.
