Article L425-9-2 of the French Sports Code

Natural persons guilty of the offences referred to in article L. 425-9-1 of this Code shall also be liable to the following additional penalties:

1° Confiscation of the substances or processes and the objects or documents used to commit the offence or to facilitate its commission;

2° Display or dissemination of the decision handed down, in accordance with the conditions set out inarticle 131-35 of the Criminal Code ;

3° Closure, for a period of up to one year, of one, several or all of the establishments of the company that was used to commit the offence and that belongs to the convicted person;

4° A ban, in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 131-27 of the Criminal Code, on carrying out the professional or social activity in the course of or in connection with which the offence was committed;

5° A ban, in accordance with the conditions set out inArticle 131-27 of the Criminal Code, on holding public office.

Article L425-9-2

Les personnes physiques coupables des infractions prévues à l’article L. 425-9-1 du présent code encourent également les peines complémentaires suivantes :

1° La confiscation des substances ou procédés et des objets ou documents qui ont servi à commettre l’infraction ou à en faciliter la commission ;

2° L’affichage ou la diffusion de la décision prononcée, dans les conditions prévues par l’article 131-35 du code pénal ;

3° La fermeture, pour une durée d’un an au plus, de l’un, de plusieurs ou de l’ensemble des établissements de l’entreprise ayant servi à commettre l’infraction et appartenant à la personne condamnée ;

4° L’interdiction, dans les conditions prévues à l’article 131-27 du code pénal, d’exercer l’activité professionnelle ou sociale dans l’exercice ou à l’occasion de laquelle l’infraction a été commise ;

5° L’interdiction, dans les conditions prévues à l’article 131-27 du code pénal, d’exercer une fonction publique.
