Where documents are in computerised form, authorised agents have access to software and stored data as well as to the unencrypted reproduction of information likely to facilitate the performance of their duties. They may request that the information be transcribed by any appropriate process into documents that can be directly used for the purposes of the inspection.

Lorsque les documents sont sous forme informatisée, les agents habilités ont accès aux logiciels et aux données stockées ainsi qu’à la restitution en clair des informations propres à faciliter l’accomplissement de leurs missions. Ils peuvent en demander la transcription par tout traitement approprié dans des documents directement utilisables pour les besoins du contrôle.
