Lorsqu’ils constatent une infraction, les agents habilités peuvent procéder à la prise d’un échantillon de la marchandise ou d’un exemplaire de celle-ci destiné à servir de pièce à conviction. Cette prise d’échantillon donne lieu à un procès-verbal.
