State aid may be combined with the reductions in contributions provided for inarticle L. 241-13 of the Social Security Code.

It may not be combined with any other employment aid granted by the State. However, employers taking on young people under open-ended professionalisation contracts may benefit from this aid.

Article L5134-59

L’aide de l’Etat peut être cumulée avec les réductions et les allégements de cotisations prévus à l’article L. 241-13 du code de la sécurité sociale.

Elle ne peut être cumulée avec une autre aide à l’emploi attribuée par l’Etat. Toutefois, les employeurs embauchant des jeunes en contrat de professionnalisation à durée indéterminée peuvent bénéficier de cette aide.
