Article L5211-50 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

An information file on the subject of the consultation is made available to the public on site at the headquarters of the public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation, in each town hall and, where applicable, annex town hall of the communes that are members of the public establishment. Public access to the file is provided under the conditions set out in article L. 311-9 of the code des relations entre le public et l’administration.

Un dossier d’information sur l’objet de la consultation est mis à la disposition du public sur place au siège de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale, dans chaque mairie et, le cas échéant, mairie annexe des communes membres de l’établissement public. L’accès du public au dossier est assuré dans les conditions fixées par l’article L. 311-9 du code des relations entre le public et l’administration.
