Article L5331-3 of the French Labour Code

It is prohibited to publish in a newspaper, magazine or periodical or to disseminate by any other means of communication accessible to the public an insertion of offers of employment or offers of home-based work containing false allegations or likely to mislead and relating in particular to one or more of the following elements

1° The existence, actual availability, origin, nature and description of the job or home-work offered;

2° The remuneration and fringe benefits offered;

3° The place of work.

Il est interdit de faire publier dans un journal, revue ou écrit périodique ou de diffuser par tout autre moyen de communication accessible au public une insertion d’offres d’emploi ou d’offres de travaux à domicile comportant des allégations fausses ou susceptibles d’induire en erreur et portant en particulier sur un ou plusieurs éléments suivants :

1° L’existence, le caractère effectivement disponible, l’origine, la nature et la description de l’emploi ou du travail à domicile offert ;

2° La rémunération et les avantages annexes proposés ;

3° Le lieu du travail.
