Article L5332-2 of the French Labour Code

Any employer who places an anonymous job advertisement in a newspaper, magazine or periodical or disseminates it by any other means of communication accessible to the public shall inform the director of the publication or the person responsible for the means of communication of his name or business name and address.

Where the insertion is requested by an advertising agency, a selection body or any other intermediary, the latter shall provide the director of the publication or the person responsible for the means of communication with the information concerning the employer mentioned in the first paragraph.

Tout employeur qui fait insérer dans un journal, revue ou écrit périodique ou fait diffuser par tout autre moyen de communication accessible au public une offre anonyme d’emploi fait connaître son nom ou sa raison sociale et son adresse au directeur de la publication ou au responsable du moyen de communication.

Lorsque l’insertion est demandée par une agence de publicité, un organisme de sélection ou tout autre intermédiaire, celui-ci fournit au directeur de la publication ou au responsable du moyen de communication les renseignements concernant l’employeur mentionnés au premier alinéa.
