Article L5332-4 of the French Labour Code

In the case of an anonymous offer, the administrative authority and the departments of the institution mentioned in article L. 5312-1 may, on simple request, obtain from the director of the publication or the person responsible for the means of communication the name or company name and address of the employer.

This information may be used to inform potential candidates for the job offer published or broadcast.

Dans le cas d’offre anonyme, l’autorité administrative et les services de l’institution mentionnée à l’article L. 5312-1 peuvent, sur simple demande de leur part, obtenir du directeur de la publication ou du responsable du moyen de communication le nom ou la raison sociale et l’adresse de l’employeur.

Ces renseignements peuvent être utilisés pour l’information des candidats éventuels à l’offre d’emploi publiée ou diffusée.
