Article L541-1 of the French Consumer Code

The following shall apply to the sworn agents of New Caledonia mentioned in Article 86 of Organic Law n° 99-209 of 19 March 1999 on New Caledonia, subject to the adaptations provided for in Articles L. 541-2 and L. 541-3, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

Sont applicables aux agents assermentés de la Nouvelle-Calédonie mentionnés à l’article 86 de la loi organique n° 99-209 du 19 mars 1999 relative à la Nouvelle-Calédonie, sous réserve des adaptations prévues aux articles L. 541-2 et L. 541-3, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :
