Article L5524-4 of the French Labour Code

The rate of the specific solidarity allowance in Mayotte is increased by decree, with a view to reducing the difference between the rate of the allowance and that applied in mainland France, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Reunion Island, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
