The syndicate committee may be dissolved at any time by order of the State representative in the department.

The State representative in the department may suspend or dismiss the chairman of the committee.

La commission syndicale peut à tout moment être dissoute par arrêté du représentant de l’Etat dans le département.

Le représentant de l’Etat dans le département peut suspendre ou révoquer le président de la commission.
