Article L6151-2 of the French Public Health Code

As stated in article L. 952-22 of the Education Code hereafter reproduced:

“Members of the teaching and hospital staff are subject to a single national disciplinary jurisdiction for both their hospital and university activities. This court is presided over either by a Conseiller d’Etat or by a professor of higher education, appointed jointly by the ministers responsible for higher education and health; it is made up of members, half of whom are elected by the staff concerned and half of whom are appointed in equal proportions by the same ministers. “

Comme il est dit à l’article L. 952-22 du code de l’éducation ci-après reproduit :

” Les membres du personnel enseignant et hospitalier sont soumis, pour leur activité hospitalière comme pour leur activité universitaire, à une juridiction disciplinaire unique instituée sur le plan national. Cette juridiction est présidée soit par un conseiller d’Etat, soit par un professeur d’enseignement supérieur, désigné conjointement par les ministres chargés de l’enseignement supérieur et de la santé ; elle est composée de membres pour moitié élus par les personnels intéressés et pour moitié nommés à parts égales par les mêmes ministres. “
