When an offence referred to in Article L. 6241-1 or a breach referred to in Article L. 6241-3 is detected, the Minister for Defence shall, for the medical biology laboratories under his authority, take the necessary corrective measures to put an end to it.
Lorsqu’il est constaté un fait constitutif d’une infraction mentionnée à l’article L. 6241-1 ou un manquement prévu à l’article L. 6241-3, le ministre de la défense prend, pour les laboratoires de biologie médicale relevant de son autorité, les mesures correctrices nécessaires pour y mettre fin.
