The rights to social security benefits of an employee who has benefited from unpaid leave for continuing vocational training are guaranteed under the same conditions as those that applied prior to the leave.

Les droits aux prestations de sécurité sociale d’un salarié qui a bénéficié d’un congé non rémunéré au titre de la formation professionnelle continue sont garantis dans des conditions identiques à celles qui leur étaient appliquées antérieurement à ce congé.
