Article L7111-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the application of this code in French Guiana:

1° The reference to the department, the overseas department, the region or the overseas region is replaced by the reference to the territorial collectivity of French Guiana;

2° The reference to the regional council or the general council is replaced by the reference to the assembly of French Guiana;

3° The reference to the president of the general council or the president of the regional council is replaced by the reference to the president of the assembly of French Guiana ;

4° The reference to the general councillors or the regional councillors is replaced by the reference to the councillors to the assembly of French Guiana;

5° The reference to the regional economic, social and environmental council is replaced by the reference to the economic, social, environmental, culture and education council;

6° The reference to the culture, education and environment council is replaced by the reference to the economic, social, environmental, culture and education council.

Pour l’application du présent code en Guyane :
