Article L7122-21 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Each year, the President reports to the Assembly of French Guyana, in a special report, on the situation of the territorial collectivity of French Guyana, the state of implementation of the regional development plan, as well as the activity and financing of the various services of the collectivity and the bodies that depend on it. The report specifies the state of implementation of the deliberations of the Assembly of French Guyana and the financial situation of the collectivity.

Article L7122-21

Chaque année le président rend compte à l’assemblée de Guyane, par un rapport spécial, de la situation de la collectivité territoriale de Guyane, de l’état d’exécution du schéma d’aménagement régional ainsi que de l’activité et du financement des différents services de la collectivité et des organismes qui dépendent de celle-ci. Le rapport précise l’état d’exécution des délibérations de l’assemblée de Guyane et de la situation financière de la collectivité.
