Article L7122-22 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The councillors of the Assembly of French Guyana have the right to present oral questions at a meeting relating to the affairs of the territorial community. These questions are answered by the President of the Assembly or a Vice-President designated by the President. The rules of procedure set the frequency of questions and the conditions under which they are presented and examined.

Les conseillers à l’assemblée de Guyane ont le droit d’exposer en séance des questions orales ayant trait aux affaires de la collectivité territoriale. Il y est répondu par le président de l’assemblée ou un vice-président désigné par celui-ci. Le règlement intérieur en fixe la fréquence ainsi que les conditions de présentation et d’examen.
