If the financial guarantee is insufficient, the user is substituted for the modelling agency for the payment of sums still owed to the employees and to the social security bodies to which these employees belong, for the duration of the service performed on behalf of the user.

En cas d’insuffisance de la garantie financière, l’utilisateur est substitué à l’agence de mannequins pour le paiement des sommes restant dues aux salariés et aux organismes de sécurité sociale dont relèvent ces salariés, pour la durée de la prestation accomplie pour le compte de l’utilisateur.
