During paid annual leave, the employee replaces himself, with the agreement and under the responsibility of the employer.

The employer will pay the replacement.

Pendant la durée du congé annuel payé, le salarié assure lui-même son remplacement, avec l’accord et sous la responsabilité de l’employeur.
