Article L7222-22 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Councillors to the Assembly of Martinique have the right to put oral questions at a meeting concerning the affairs of the territorial authority. These questions are answered by the President of the Executive Council or an Executive Councillor designated by him. The rules of procedure determine the frequency of questions and the conditions under which they are presented and examined.

Les conseillers à l’assemblée de Martinique ont le droit d’exposer en séance des questions orales ayant trait aux affaires de la collectivité territoriale. Il y est répondu par le président du conseil exécutif ou un conseiller exécutif désigné par lui. Le règlement intérieur en fixe la fréquence ainsi que les conditions de présentation et d’examen.
