Article L7222-27 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When the territorial community of Martinique distributes, in any form whatsoever, a general information bulletin on the achievements and management of the Assembly of Martinique and the Executive Council of Martinique, a space is reserved for the expression of the groups of elected representatives. The terms of application of this provision are defined by the internal regulations.

Lorsque la collectivité territoriale de Martinique diffuse, sous quelque forme que ce soit, un bulletin d’information générale sur les réalisations et la gestion de l’assemblée de Martinique et du conseil exécutif de Martinique, un espace est réservé à l’expression des groupes d’élus. Les modalités d’application de cette disposition sont définies par le règlement intérieur.
