At least fifteen days before the meeting of the Assembly of Martinique, the President of the Executive Council of Martinique transmits to the President of the Assembly of Martinique a report on each of the matters to be examined by the Assembly and, where applicable, the corresponding draft deliberations.
In the event of an emergency, the period provided for in the first paragraph may be shortened by the president of the executive council, but may not be less than three clear days.
Without prejudice to the application of article L. 7222-10, the agenda is set by the President of the Assembly after consultation with the Vice-Presidents. It shall include, by priority and in the order set by the President of the Executive Council, the matters designated by the latter.
The projects on which the Martinique Economic, Social, Environmental, Cultural and Education Council must be consulted shall be sent to the President of the Assembly by the President of the Executive Council, together with the opinion of this Council.
