Customer compensation is payable if the fixed-term employment contract is terminated by the employer before expiry of the term, or if the expired contract is not renewed, and in the absence of serious misconduct.

L’indemnité de clientèle est due en cas de rupture du contrat de travail à durée déterminée par l’employeur avant l’échéance du terme ou lorsque le contrat venu à échéance n’est pas renouvelé, et en l’absence de faute grave.
