Article L7343-36 of the French Labour Code

Negotiations are held at least once a year at sector level, on one or more of the following topics:

1° The methods for determining workers’ income, including the price of their services;

2° The conditions under which workers carry out their professional activities, and in particular the framework for their working hours as well as the effects of algorithms and changes affecting them on the methods of carrying out services;

3° The prevention of occupational risks to which workers may be exposed as a result of their activity as well as damage caused to third parties;

4° Arrangements for developing professional skills and securing career paths.

Une négociation est engagée au moins une fois par an au niveau du secteur, sur un ou plusieurs des thèmes suivants :


1° Les modalités de détermination des revenus des travailleurs, y compris le prix de leur prestation de service ;


2° Les conditions d’exercice de l’activité professionnelle des travailleurs, et notamment l’encadrement de leur temps d’activité ainsi que les effets des algorithmes et des changements les affectant sur les modalités d’accomplissement des prestations ;


3° La prévention des risques professionnels auxquels les travailleurs peuvent être exposés en raison de leur activité ainsi que les dommages causés à des tiers ;


4° Les modalités de développement des compétences professionnelles et de sécurisation des parcours professionnels.
