Article L7421-1 of the French Labour Code

When a client uses a homeworker, he draws up a report or logbook.

A Conseil d’Etat decree sets out the conditions under which this bulletin or booklet is drawn up. In particular, it specifies the information that must be included:

1° When the work to be carried out in the home is handed over ;

2° On delivery of the completed work.

Article L7421-1

Lorsqu’un donneur d’ouvrage recourt à un travailleur à domicile, il établit un bulletin ou un carnet.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine les conditions dans lesquelles ce bulletin ou carnet est établi. Il précise notamment les mentions devant y figurer :

1° Lors de la remise des travaux à exécuter à domicile ;

2° Lors de la livraison du travail achevé.
