Article R112-31 of the French Sports Code

Each year, the Government Commissioner informs the members of the National Sports Agency of the observations made regarding its operation and, in particular, of the exercise of his right to object.

Each year, the Government Commissioner sends the Agency’s activity report, together with his observations, to the Minister for the Budget and the Minister for Sport.

Article R112-31

Le commissaire du Gouvernement informe annuellement les membres de l’Agence nationale du sport des observations qu’appelle son fonctionnement et, notamment, de l’exercice de son droit d’opposition.

Il transmet chaque année au ministre chargé du budget et au ministre chargé des sports le rapport d’activité de l’agence annoté de ses observations.
