Article R112-44 of the French Sports Code

With a view to concluding the multi-annual guidance and funding contracts mentioned in article L. 112-14, each conference of funding bodies for sport set up by the regional sports conference, for the territorial jurisdiction or for the areas it deals with :

1° Defines the funding thresholds on the basis of which it examines the investment projects and operating projects submitted to it for examination and opinion;

2° Issues an opinion on the compliance of each project submitted to it with the guidelines defined by the territorial sports project;

3° Identifies the human and financial resources and the material resources that the members of the conference indicate may be mobilised, within the limits of the annual budgets, with a view to a policy and funding contract.

It adopts its own rules of procedure after receiving the opinion of the Regional Sports Conference.

Article R112-44

En vue de la conclusion de contrats pluriannuels d’orientation et de financement, mentionnés à l’article L. 112-14, chaque conférence des financeurs du sport instituée par la conférence régionale du sport, pour le ressort territorial ou pour les domaines dont elle traite :

1° Définit les seuils de financement à partir desquels elle examine les projets d’investissement et les projets de fonctionnement qui lui sont soumis pour examen et avis ;

2° Emet un avis relatif à la conformité de chaque projet qui lui est soumis aux orientations définies par le projet sportif territorial ;

3° Identifie les ressources humaines et financières et les moyens matériels que les membres de la conférence lui indiquent être susceptibles d’être mobilisés, dans la limite des budgets annuels, en vue d’un contrat d’orientation et de financement.

Elle adopte son règlement intérieur après avis de la conférence régionale du sport.
