Article R114-45 of the French Sports Code

The number of staff members mentioned in a and b of article R. 114-44 and accommodated under absolute necessity of service is determined, according to the size and specific nature of the centres and the functions carried out by the staff members, in accordance with the provisions set by an order of the Minister responsible for sports after consultation with the President of the region concerned.

Le nombre des agents mentionnés aux a et b de l’article R. 114-44 et logés par nécessité absolue de service est déterminé, selon l’importance et la spécificité des centres et les fonctions exercées par les agents, conformément aux dispositions fixées par un arrêté du ministre chargé des sports après avis du président de la région concernée.
