Article R114-47 of the French Sports Code

In accordance with the criteria set out inarticle R. 2124-68 of the French General Code for the Ownership of Public Property, staff may be accommodated under a precarious occupation agreement with standby duty, within the limit of the accommodation available after application of articles R. 114-44 and R. 114-45 of this Code, for the posts on the list proposed by the Centre’s Board of Directors on the basis of a report from the Director under the conditions set out in article R. 114-52.

Employees who do not occupy the official accommodation are nevertheless required to work the on-call duty in return for which they were granted the accommodation.

Article R114-47

Selon les critères fixés à l’article R. 2124-68 du code général de la propriété des personnes publiques, peuvent être logés par convention d’occupation précaire avec astreinte, dans la limite des logements disponibles après application des articles R. 114-44 et R. 114-45 du présent code, les agents occupant les emplois dont la liste est proposée par le conseil d’administration du centre sur rapport du directeur dans les conditions fixées à l’article R. 114-52.

Les agents qui n’occupent pas le logement de fonction sont néanmoins tenus d’effectuer l’astreinte en contrepartie de laquelle la concession de ce logement leur a été attribuée.
