Article R121-7 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The members of the Board of Directors of the Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration mentioned in 3° of article R. 121-5 are appointed for a period of three years, renewable once, by joint order of the Minister for Immigration and the Minister for Integration.
Each member of the Board of Directors, with the exception of qualified individuals, has an alternate designated and appointed under the same conditions.

Article R121-7

Les membres du conseil d’administration de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration mentionnés au 3° de l’article R. 121-5 sont nommés pour une durée de trois ans, renouvelable une fois, par arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé de l’immigration et du ministre chargé de l’intégration.
Chaque membre du conseil d’administration, hormis les personnalités qualifiées, dispose d’un suppléant désigné et nommé dans les mêmes conditions.
