As part of the tasks set out in Article L. 121-3, the Board of Directors of the French Office for Immigration and Integration deliberates on:
1° The general organisational and operational conditions of the establishment, and in particular the opening and closing of the territorial departments in France and the representations abroad;
2° The missions and location of the territorial departments and its representations abroad;
3° The draft contract of objectives and performance concluded with the State;
4° The provisional programme of activity, the draft budget of the Office and its amendments;
5° The financial account and the allocation of the results of the establishment;
6° The table of posts;
7° The annual activity report presented by the general manager;
8° The investment of available funds under the conditions set by the minister responsible for the budget;
9° The institution’s property strategy, in particular its multi-annual property strategy plan, the purchase, sale, exchange and leasing of buildings, and the creation and transfer of real property rights;
10° The general terms and conditions of sale of products and services provided by the establishment;
11° The acceptance or refusal of donations and legacies;
12° The authorisation of transactions.
