Article R1221-6 of the French Labour Code

When the declaration is made electronically by an employer covered by the general social security scheme who has previously registered with an authentication service, the formality is deemed to have been completed by providing the identification number of the employing establishment, the national identification number of the employee if he/she is already registered with the social security scheme and if he/she has already been the subject of a declaration prior to recruitment within a period set by decree, as well as the information provided for in 3° and 4° of article R. 1221-1.

Lorsque la déclaration est effectuée par voie électronique par un employeur relevant du régime général de sécurité sociale préalablement inscrit à un service d’authentification, la formalité est réputée accomplie au moyen de la fourniture du numéro d’identification de l’établissement employeur, du numéro national d’identification du salarié s’il est déjà immatriculé à la sécurité sociale et s’il a déjà fait l’objet d’une déclaration préalable à l’embauche dans un délai fixé par arrêté ainsi que des mentions prévues aux 3° et 4° de l’article R. 1221-1.
